DETERMINING OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIPS The database will calculate the total points earned by each school within the Academic District regardless of contest/grade level. If an overall championship (sweepstakes award) is determined by separate levels, e.g. middle school vs. elementary school, then the separate Championships will need to be manually determined by hand calculation. Alternatively, the District may divide the competition into two separate districts, e.g. 25A Middle School North Zone and 25A Elementary North Zone. In the latter case, all information must be entered into separate databases.
