BEFORE OPENING REGISTRATION. Before the District Coordinator opens registration, they should carefully check to make sure that all schools and all contests have been entered into the database correctly. Changes in these two areas after schools have begun to enter entries will result in untold errors. For best results, have a trusted peer carefully review all data entered prior to opening registration.
