WHEN TO CLOSE REGISTRATION? The District Coordinator should close registration after the entry deadline as determined by the district. If no deadline is set, registration should be closed before the start of the first contest. Subsitutions, corrections, and other changes to contest entries may only be made by the District Coordinator once registration is closed.
